Mercer Investment Nominees Limited (MINL) ABN 79 004 717 533 Australian Financial Services Licence #235906, Registrable Superannuation Entity (RSE) licence #L0000819, is the trustee of the Mercer Super Investment Trust (MSIT), RSE Registration #R1067095, and Mercer Super Trust (MST), RSE Registration #R1067088, as well as the responsible entity of the Mercer Multi-Manager Funds (MMF).

 

Mercer Australia Pty Limited ABN 32 005 315 917 (Mercer) is the fund manager of the MSIT, MST and MMF. Mercer has prepared and made this website available as a corporate authorised representative #260851 of MINL. Please refer to Mercer's Financial Services Guide (FSG). MINL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercer.

You should be aware that the value of an investment in the MSIT, MST or MMF may rise and fall from time to time and neither MINL, Mercer nor any of the investment managers guarantees the investment performance, earnings or return of capital invested in any of the MSIT, MST or MMF offerings. To invest in the MSIT you will need to complete an application form included in, or accompanying, the MSIT Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) which is issued by and available from MINL. To join or invest in the Corporate Superannuation Division of the MST you will need to complete an application form included in, or accompanying, the PDS for your employers plan within the MST which is issued by and available from MINL. To invest in the Personal Superannuation Division (PDS) or Allocated Pension Division (APD) of the MST you will need to complete an application form included in, or accompanying, the PDS for the relevant division which are issued by and available from the trustee.

 

If you are investing directly in any MMF, you will need to complete an application form included in, or accompanying the MMF Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for direct investors which is issued by and available from MINL. If you are investing indirectly into the MMF through an Invested Directed Portfolio Service (IDPS) or an IDPS like scheme (such a master trust, wrap account, custody or nominees service) (Service) you will need to complete the forms or documents your Service provider requires.
